Swamp aged oak coffee table

Heavy coffee table made from genuine swamp aged oak from 971 pre christ (proven by dendrochronological certivicate )

Length 1680mm, Width 1000mm, Hight 620mm

I rescued the timber of this oak in 2014 from a swamp area near the town Wismar. When I slabed the timber it showed that a lightening strike had felled this tree almost 3000 years ago.

The legs of the table are made from an old mighty Poplar that was toppled by a strong wind gust in 2004.
